All of our soaps begin with pure glycerin from vegetable oil.  The soap bases are produced from the highest quality durable distilled and deodorized clean coconut oil, forming luxurious lather and sparkling clarity.  As with all our products, they remain unscented. They contain no alcohol or harmful products to dry your skin.  Glycerin, a natural emollient, draws moisture out of the air to benefit skin health.  It cleanses without stripping or upsetting the delicate natural pH balance necessary for soft healthy skin.  And since we use no animal oils, our soap rinses clean and leaves no soapy film behind on your tub or your body.

Most lotion bases are pre-blends of water, oil, and emulsifying wax.  The Dirty Moose does not use this process in creating the lotion.  The result is a lotion that goes right into the skin to heal dry skin, leaving no residue behind.  You can tell the difference immediately! 

Although there are many oils which could be used, The Dirty Moose has chosen olive oil.  Olive oil has been used for thousands of years on the skin.  The natural mild antibacterial agent found in olive oil does not clog pores and helps prevent dry conditions such as eczema..

DEAD SEA SALTS  12 oz

Good for arthritis, eczema, psoriasis, rashes; used to relieve tension and aid relaxation.  Therapeutically valuable potassium, magnesium, bromine.  No additives. Our Dead Sea Salts are designed to be used as a soak.  It has found to be beneficial to those suffering from psoriasis, and other dry skin conditions. 

Dead Sea Salts are a mixture of bath salts which contain the important salts of the Dead Sea.  The mixture is obtained by fractional evaporation and crystallization of Dead Sea salts from the brines.  This process enriches the therapeutically valuable potassium and magnesium salts, while retaining all the other mineral elements of the Dead Sea.  The bath salts contain no additives and are of excellent bacteriological quality.

NATURAL SQUALANE  1 oz

Clear, odorless, natural squalane from olive oil. Boosts skins ability to regenerate, hydrate, and protect.  Heals skin cracks, prevents skin aging. 

Our natural squalane boosts the skin’s ability to naturally regenerate, nourish, hydrate, oxygenate, and protect itself.  It is botanically-derived squalane from olive oil.  Due to its ease of application and its skin identical structure, it offers many benefits fro the skin. It has been our experience for many years that squalane will clear up difficult skin problems (eczema, dermatitis, rashes, etc.) when  nothing else helps very much.  It also heals skin cracks, which are a significant health issue in the winter as germs can easily enter the body through cracked fingers and hands that have dried out from cold conditions. Squalane has these unique abilities because the oil is naturally a major factor in skin lubrication as well as providing germ killing activity when it is properly concentrated in the skin.  It helps to prevent the formation of brown age spots and can protect against the radiation of the sun.  In this regard it is a major oil that prevents skin aging.  It permeates into the skin at a rate of 2 mm/second.

 It is used to soften the skin, to reduce small facial wrinkles, and as a bactericidal agent.  A few drops  applied to the skin will keep the skin moist and wrinkle free. 
Apply a few drops daily to the skin or to affected areas.    No known toxicity.

SOY LIP BALM

Offers protection, long lasting. Rich in vitamin E, soy butter, shea butter, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, apricot oil.

This natural base offers exceptional protection to your lips and is formulated with wax derived from soy beans with the addition of luxury oil, exotic butters, and Vitamin E.  The result is a creamy consistency that is not sticky and long wearing.
